This romantic and delicious delicacy comes from my childhood memories of wandering through my grandparent's garden with flowers and vegetables of all types... mixed and tumbled together in the midst of birdbaths and trellises replete with the proverbial grape arbor. It was exciting to sample different plants as they ripened,but what I enjoyed most were the roses! I ate them and put them in my pocket and later at night, in bed, I would place them on my nose and pillow to fall asleep. My grandmother used everything in her garden; the roses she made into a most beautiful jam. It was there that I first learned of the family secret for blending only the most flavorful roses into this special jam provided the qualities of a richer life...

It wasn't until years later that I realized that this truly was a great and unusual jam. When you try our product you will capture the taste, elegance and memory of the rose for yourself...plus it's deliciosa!
